Yeah this is exactly what it sounds like. My sister was going to go to a con without me. She got to meet Joel Mcdonald, Patrick Epcar, and Natalie Hoover. So I drew this and asked her to get it signed. She did, and I'm soooo happy! The bottom name is mine...don't mind that.
